Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Consultant to provide technical support for integration and development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) Web Services.
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Develop and customize Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE) components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits.
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Support data migration activities to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols, including SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP.
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations.
  • Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Experience with cloud integrations, including Fusion HR/Payroll and SaaS systems.
