Performance Testing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical consulting group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the performance and scalability of our applications.

  • Plan, design, and execute performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.) to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans to meet business objectives.
  • Create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Analyze performance results, monitor applications, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Performance Testing.
  • Experience with defect management tools (JIRA).
  • Exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance best practices.
