We are seeking a skilled Career Consultant to join our team.

This role involves engaging with leads generated through various campaigns, webinars and website inquiries. As a Career Consultant, you will understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit. You will pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance.

You will build strong relationships via calls, emails and consistent follow-ups. You will own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling or consultative roles. They have excellent communication and persuasion skills. Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings is a plus. Understanding of finance, investment banking or accounting careers is also beneficial.
