Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide technical support and maintenance services for the Oracle E-Business Suite R12. This involves troubleshooting and resolving production issues, managing issue resolutions, and handling custom enhancements independently.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Exhibit proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 technical support with a minimum of 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support.
  • Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Expertise in handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.

Desirable Experience:

  • Tech support experience in SCM modules for at least 4 years.
