About the Role:
A key position in our team is open for a Business Growth Lead. This individual will be responsible for managing B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of B2B relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Developing strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Providing necessary training and support to clients.
  • Maintaining CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
