Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced hotel operations manager to oversee front desk activities, provide exceptional guest service, and maintain high service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Front Desk Staff: Train and manage front office staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Handle Guest Inquiries: Professionally address guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate recording of occupancy, billing, and guest history.
  • Develop Guest Service Initiatives: Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction scores and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospitality software and systems is preferred.
  • Ladership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to handle pressure and maintain calm composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Qualification: Degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
