Job Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Front Office Executive to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hotel operations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and operations using a hotel property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, calls, and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Broaden and maintain connections with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with sales/management teams to onboard new corporate accounts.
- Ensure seamless communication between front office and all hotel departments.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience with a hotel front office software system.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in front office operations, preferably with exposure to corporate bookings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Telugu).
- An outgoing personality and ability to network effectively with corporates.
- A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
