Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Front Office Executive to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hotel operations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations and operations using a hotel property management system.
  • Handle guest inquiries, calls, and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Broaden and maintain connections with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
  • Coordinate with sales/management teams to onboard new corporate accounts.
  • Ensure seamless communication between front office and all hotel departments.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Mandatory experience with a hotel front office software system.
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in front office operations, preferably with exposure to corporate bookings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Telugu).
  • An outgoing personality and ability to network effectively with corporates.
  • A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
