Salary: upto 28,000/- per month + Accommodation + Food
We are looking for an HR Manager with a strong background in the hotel/hospitality industry to lead our people operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training for hotel staff.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance specific to hospitality.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
- Conduct performance appraisals and drive retention initiatives.
- Support department heads in manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR within the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and manpower structures.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
