Sales Order Coordinator

Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Sales Order Management Professional to manage the full sales order lifecycle. This includes coordination, documentation, communication, and customer support.
">Key Responsibilities:
">The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong letter drafting skills, and the ability to speak in Hindi. They will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, verifying accuracy of pricing and delivery terms, and coordinating with production, planning, and inventory teams.
">Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches, tracking submission dates and approvals, and communicating order status and delays to clients.
">Reporting and analysis are also key aspects of this role, including maintaining dashboards for open orders and receivables, sharing regular MIS reports with management, and willingness to travel for customer meetings or project-related coordination as needed.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or related field, 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
">Preferred Qualifications:
">Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing Industry and exposure to technical documentation, drawings, QAPs, and compliance formats would be beneficial.
">Key Skills:
">Written communication and formal correspondence, Customer service and payment follow-up, Document management and record-keeping, Coordination across departments, Time and task management, Multilingual: English (mandatory), Hindi (mandatory)
