Pharma Sales Executive - Order Fulfillment Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharma Sales Executive to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of pharmaceutical products to medical stores, hospitals, and clinics while ensuring seamless order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer satisfaction through end-to-end fulfillment support.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, approach, and onboard wholesale buyers including chemists, hospital pharmacies, and clinics
2. Promote products, formulary and non-formulary, to dealers with focus on margin and volume
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell new SKUs and schemes
4. Track competitor pricing, product launches, and market activity in the assigned territory
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or Business
* 2-4 years of experience in pharma wholesale sales or distribution
* Familiarity with Nagpur and surrounding pharma retail market preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Working knowledge of Excel, order processing software, and WhatsApp for business use
