You will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities such as one-to-one connects, appraisals, retentions, and grievance handling. You will also support delivery with strategic initiatives and talent insights to drive effective results in operations.
- Manage all employee lifecycle related activities including one-to-one connects, skips, appraisals, retentions, grievance handling, and employee escalations
- Support delivery with strategic initiatives and talent analytics to drive effective results in operations
- Work on HR data analysis including monthly dashboards, headcount insights, attrition analysis, and forecasting
- Timely closure of system-related processes and organization compliances
- Handle concerns like POSH, disciplinary issues, and other legal scenarios
- Collaborate with business heads on appraisals and promotions calibrations
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the BPO or US Healthcare industry or well-known IT companies with 2000+ headcount. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle at least 300 people. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRBP roles and be familiar with HR analytics tools.
