
Senior Equity Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our equity sales team in Mumbai. As Regional Head, you will be responsible for managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the region, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence.\
Your key responsibilities will include:\
1. Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive equity sales growth, increase market share, and enhance client relationships.\
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of equity sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team targets are met.\
3. P&L Management: Oversee and manage the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and sustainability.\
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.\
5. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, analyzing market data to identify opportunities and challenges.\
6. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications\
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Experience: 7+ years of experience in equity sales, with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.
2. Qualifications: Graduation or MBA/CFA or relevant professional qualifications.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, sales, and analytical skills.
