Corporate Communications Specialist

This role entails end-to-end ownership of client mandates, requiring strategic advisory and counsel to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality communication strategies that elevate brand and corporate reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reputation management strategies for clients across industries
  • Manage crisis situations with agility and provide strategic advisory services to CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Craft compelling brand narratives with precision
  • Write and review press releases, media briefs, and authored articles
  • Nurture strong media relationships (national, regional, and trade)
  • Support thought leadership campaigns, reputation audits, and narrative mapping
  • Coordinate with internal teams for integrated execution
Requirements
  • 6-12 years of experience in PR or corporate communications
  • Strong understanding of Indian media landscape and stakeholder mapping
  • Experience handling Crisis + Reputation mandates is preferred
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work across multiple sectors or open to a sector rotation model
  • Collaborative, proactive, and client-centric
