Position: Corporate Reputation Specialist

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 6-12 years

As a Corporate Reputation Specialist, you will be entrusted with end-to-end ownership of client mandates, delivering high-quality communication strategies that elevate brand and corporate reputation. This is a sector-agnostic role with the opportunity to work across industries based on your expertise and interest.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Lead reputation management strategies for clients across industries

2. Handle crisis communication situations with agility, calm, and credibility

3. Provide strategic advisory and counsel to CXOs and senior stakeholders

4. Craft compelling brand and corporate narratives with precision

5. Write and review high-quality press releases, media briefs, and authored articles

6. Build and nurture strong media relationships (national, regional, and trade)

7. Support thought leadership campaigns, reputation audits, and narrative mapping

8. Manage day-to-day client servicing, ensure timely delivery and quality control

9. Coordinate with internal teams (digital, design, content, data) for integrated execution

10. Stay ahead of communication trends, public sentiment, and media developments

Who Should Apply

1. 6-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media

2. Strong understanding of Indian media landscape and stakeholder mapping

3. Experience handling Crisis + Reputation mandates preferred

4. Excellent writing, storytelling, and client-handling skills

5. Ability to work across multiple sectors or open to a sector rotation model
