About This Role

At PBL Transport Corporation Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a skilled Key Account Executive - Institutional Sales to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing B2B customers for fresh as well as repeat business. Your task will be to gather as much information as possible to ensure our success in winning large-scale business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of businesses and business practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Sales, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, sometimes to remote project sites.
  • Excellent physical and mental fitness.
