The Role

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Building strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts and achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with other internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to drive business strategy.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2C sales or sales/relationship manager role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
