About this role

As a Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of privileged account management systems.

  • You will provide support for CyberArk AIM component and applications onboarded to use the AIM integration for privileged account management.
  • With 6+ years of experience in CyberArk implementation, administration, and maintenance, you will determine the target Privileged Session Management (PSM) audience and configure multiple Privilege accounts across the organization.
  • You will also be responsible for determining infrastructure and systems PSM will target, such as servers, virtual servers, and databases.
  • Apart from that, you will maintain development, testing, and production systems and coordinate maintenance with support teams.
  • Your skills in Windows/Linux OS troubleshooting and application and Job designs with existing requirements will help ensure seamless system operation.
  • Additionally, you will perform application-to-application credential management, involved in day-to-day operational support, adding and deleting accounts, applying policies, assigning safes, synchronizing failed accounts, Password rotations, and more.

About you

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of IAM products from vendors like Oracle and Sail point. Experience with scripting technologies, automation tools, and CyberArk Web Service APIs SDK is a must.

  • Proven track record of working within a 24x7 operational service environment.
  • Familiarity with components like vaults, CSMs, PSM, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI, and providers.
  • Administration experience of CyberArk vault with Safe creation, integration with LDAP and other authentication methods.
  • Service registration, workflows, user management, management dashboard, Role Base - Access Control (RBAC), Attribute Base Access Control (ABAC), resource and business layers Provisioning, credentialing, federation, and auditing.
