Job Title: Senior Support Administrator

Job Description
  • The Senior Support Administrator in Identity & Access Management is responsible for implementing and operating identity and access management systems within the organization.
  • This role assists with maintaining secure access to resources, minimizing risk exposure, and maintaining compliance with security standards under close supervision.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for gathering and processing information, enabling ease of use by department members for making business decisions.
  • Work with managers and leaders to assist with submitting, processing, and provisioning banking access requests.
  • Develop into a key liaison for bank access activities, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Offer onboarding support for new employees, training them on software used in the department to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform customer experience-related tasks to guarantee a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
