Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance expert with a passion for automation? Do you have a knack for designing and implementing efficient test automation strategies? We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. QA Engineer - Automation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead the development of automated testing frameworks, evaluate tools, and implement continuous testing strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in framework development for greenfield projects, strong expertise in Java/JavaScript programming languages, and knowledge of quality assurance automation tools like Selenium/Cucumber/Appium.
  • This role involves designing & implementing enterprise-wide QA strategy for various clients across multiple tech stacks, planning, estimating, and tracking team's work, and mentoring/guiding the team on technical know-how.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and at least 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in developing automated testing frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in Java/JavaScript programming languages, including Java collection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance automation tools like Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUI.
  • Experience in cloud technologies preferably AWS and cloud platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto.
  • Basic knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab/Jenkins.
