As an Automation Lead, your primary objective will be to develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies for different business units.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge automation roadmaps for multiple BUs to enhance client engagement.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of requirements needed to implement automation for various accounts in BUs.
  • Identify and prioritize accounts based on their size and potential for growth.
  • Drive automation maturity in the selected accounts to the next level by leveraging innovative solutions.
  • Align customers with our capabilities and showcase the ROI benefits of implementing automation.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met by carefully evaluating scope and requirements.
  • Implement required software and infrastructure for seamless automation execution.
  • Collaborate with account partners and delivery teams to develop and review Account Automation Plans for each account.
  • Monitor automation projects progress and resolve complex escalations related to operations, quality control, schedules, and maintenance.

For this role, we require strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in automation, experience in leading automation initiatives, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
