Product Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to join our team. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our products to meet the needs of our customers and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our products.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including executive management, developers, testers, and project managers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, Scrum, SAFe, and product roadmapping.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with software development tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
