As a Product Strategist, you will work alongside a talented software development team to guide and influence the delivery of solutions that achieve desired business objectives and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide voice of the customer to the team to ensure they understand how their work relates to business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team to define objectives and ensure focus on meeting those objectives.
  • Work with product managers to define features for future development.
  • Own backlog and prioritize user stories to meet business and customer needs in an effective way.
  • Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
  • Seek feedback from business stakeholders and relay it to the team.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has a solid understanding of process control industry and its application to control systems. They should be able to make balanced decisions, plan and prioritize work to meet commitments, communicate technical and non-technical information effectively, and negotiate in a win-win environment.

We are seeking a highly experienced individual with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in process control industry, with at least 5 years as a product owner handling medium to large projects, systems, or programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing products integrating software on multiple platforms with proprietary hardware.
  • Experience with ISO-certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of products for use in SIL environment.
  • SAFe / Product Owner Certification.
