Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Central Flow Lead to manage the workflow of multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs) from a remote centralized location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workflow management and be able to effectively communicate with Operations Managers and Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow of orders across multiple processes, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to minimize fulfillment costs across multiple FCs.

• Communicate workflow status and escalate any customer experience risks, SLA failures, or deviations from Standard Work.

• Provide operational insights to the Amazon Fulfillment Technology (AFT) team and work with them to develop advanced automated flow control for FC operations.

• Manage flow settings for multiple process paths in outbound operations for multiple FCs based on shift plans.

• Facilitate communication between multiple areas of the operation, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

• Willingness to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environments.
