As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage all aspects of financial accounting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial requirements, including filing and review of TDS returns, GST returns, IT returns, etc.
  • Manage ROC compliances and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external credit rating agencies.
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
  • Review of data entries made by subordinates for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage banking operations, such as issuance of LC's, BG's, limits renewal/enhancement, etc.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • Excellent MS-Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally.
