HR Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain employee records in HR information systems.
  • Analyze and present HR metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to drive data-driven insights.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic HR plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement policies promoting a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee queries, grievances, and performance issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity within the organization.
  • Oversee performance management processes to drive high performance standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficient in using macros, pivot tables, MS Office, and Power BI.
  • Ability to handle large datasets of over 2000 employees.
  • Strong background in HR Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Generalist experience in HR activities such as performance management, recruitment, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR leadership or generalist role.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and technology.
  • Experience with HRMS software.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
