We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team in Kochi. Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site role involves managing daily HR operations, supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall development of a positive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and uphold HR policies and procedures

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, induction, exit formalities, etc...Coordinate and support employee training and development programs

Address employee queries and provide HR-related assistance

Support performance management and evaluation processes

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards are maintained

Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives

Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reportsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related field3 years of experience in a Human Resources department

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools

Basic understanding of labour laws and HR complianceHR certification is a plus
