Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Kochi. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the hiring process, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The role also involves training and development programs, policy formulation, and strategic HR planning.
