Lead Fund Acquisition Specialist

As a seasoned professional in real estate fund raising, you will develop and implement strategies to acquire capital for real estate investment projects across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with investors to secure funding for real estate initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry experts
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations to persuade investors of the merits of our projects
  • Nurture business relationships through effective networking and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress and fundraising achievements

For this role, we seek an individual with:

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in real estate fund raising or a related field
  • Proven expertise in strategic partnership development, investor relations, and financial analysis
  • A Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
  • An outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of real estate investment principles
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
