Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in staffing operations and manufacturing environments.

  • Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, payroll & statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites and staffing projects.
Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for shop-floor, technical, supervisory and corporate roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Work closely with business heads and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships, campus drives, employee referrals and external sourcing channels.
Payroll Operations:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly payroll cycle), salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/software and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure statutory compliance across labour laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and any state-specific regulations relevant to manufacturing and staffing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and statutory registers; manage timely filings and returns in coordination with vendors/consultants.
Employee Engagement:
  • Administer HR policies, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters and contract manpower compliance.
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews; recommend retention and corrective measures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a large staffing organization or staffing operations supporting manufacturing/industrial clients. A Master's in HR / MBA-HR is preferred. The candidate must be able to manage high volume hiring and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Good MS Excel and HR MIS skills are required. Familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems and good communication skills in English and Hindi are also essential.
