Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

Our organization is seeking a results-driven Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive impactful hiring initiatives across various functions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and building robust pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional business acumen, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate organizational goals into effective recruitment strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on technology and manufacturing hiring, with expertise in closing senior-level positions.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven track record of executive search, headhunting, and successful leadership/niche role closures, particularly in compensation packages up to ₹40–50 LPA.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles, minimizing time-to-hire and ensuring seamless talent flow.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey, partnering with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments, to ensure strong profiles progress to final stages.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) and integrate insights into decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions up to ₹40–50 LPA.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business requirements and ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
