This role demands a results-driven professional with expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaigns that differentiate our platform in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Position our VMS solution as the premier choice by leveraging thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs to fuel pipeline growth and revenue acceleration across global locations.
- Drive lead acquisition through SEO, SEM, ABM, digital advertising, and marketing automation.
- Create compelling content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, industry reports, and blogs that establish us as a trusted authority in workforce solutions.
- Build customer advocacy programs to leverage client success stories and testimonials in marketing efforts.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, MQL conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with at least 5+ years in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries.
- Prior experience driving a 10X growth for a B2B SaaS platform over a 2-3 year period.
- Ai first mindset and used the latest AI tools for marketing automation.
- Extensive experience in US, EU and other global markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience scaling HR SaaS platforms and marketing to enterprise clients in the contingent workforce space.
