Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations during a period of growth and expansion.

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment across departments and stakeholders.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization, maintaining liquidity and minimizing costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred, demonstrating expertise and credentials.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles, showcasing leadership and management abilities.
• Previous CFO or similar C-level financial leadership experience, highlighting strategic and operational expertise.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record managing teams and driving organisational growth, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

• Offshore/onshore delivery model financials, with a focus on managing global finances and minimizing costs.

• Background with high-growth or scaling IT services organizations, with a focus on navigating rapid change and uncertainty.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple geographies, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
