As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Recruitment, Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. HR Analysis:
  • o Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • o Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • 2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation:
  • o Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • o Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
  • 3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis:
  • o Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
  • o Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • 4. Learning & Development (L&D):
  • o Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs.
  • o Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
  • 5. Collaboration with COEs:
  • o Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives.
  • o Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.
  • o Engage with L&D and C&B teams on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

  • · Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • · Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • · Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
