HR Process Improvement Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee end-to-end HR service delivery processes, ensuring seamless execution and optimal employee experience.
- This involves overseeing onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.
- A key aspect of this role is to ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze service metrics and prepare reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
- Handle escalations and complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.
