Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to spearhead the improvement of our organizational processes. This role will be pivotal in driving lean transformation, process standardization, and best practice implementation across manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structured Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across business processes.
  • Establish frameworks to measure process performance (KPIs, dashboards) and track improvements.
  • Drive cross-functional workshops to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize COGS drivers.
  • Lead value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Monitor and report COGS savings against targets, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering.
  • Proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms.
