Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across stakeholders (internal and external). You will ensure alignment of Quality initiatives to strategic priorities.

You will lead the execution of digital transformation roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities for key customers in the finance and accounting domain. This will involve utilizing methodologies like lean, six sigma, business process re-engineering, and technology solutions such as automation anywhere and blue prism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Effective delivery of planned digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and six sigma projects with cross-functional global leads, digital delivery teams, and client leadership.
  • Providing analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Leading initiatives that provide exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Continuous Improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in account, bad bench reduction, and championing the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Deploying RPA, macros, visualizations dashboards, and lean six sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving operational efficiencies identified across towers.
  • Designing, implementing, testing, and completing all In-Scope CI Projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified black belt experience.
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain, having led transformation across all sub-processes like manual journals, fixed asset, reconciliation, etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using lean, six sigma methodology.
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.
