
Media Planning and Buying Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through innovative media planning and buying strategies. This high-impact role will focus on identifying opportunities, leading client pitches, and securing high-value accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in selling media solutions to brands across various industries. A deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, including Meta, Google, OTT platforms, and third-party ad networks, is essential.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing targeted outbound sales strategies, creating compelling media proposals and pitch decks, and negotiating deals with high-growth brands. The successful candidate will also engage with top brands, media partners, and decision-makers to position the company as a leading media partner.
To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of winning large-scale media pitches and securing high-value client accounts. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
Requirements- 3-4 years of experience in business development, media sales, or agency growth roles
