What we want We are looking for a strategic and analytical Media Buying Head to lead our performance marketing initiatives The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning negotiating and executing media buying strategies across digital platforms to achieve business goals This role demands a balance of creativity data-driven decision-making and leadership to drive ROI-focused campaigns Who we are Vertoz NSEI VERTOZ an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech Platform offering Digital Advertising Marketing and Monetization MadTech Digital Identity and Cloud Infrastructure CloudTech caters to Businesses Digital Marketers Advertising Agencies Digital Publishers Cloud Providers and Technology companies For more details please visit our website What you will do Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies to drive performance marketing goals Oversee programmatic direct and affiliate media buys to maximize ROI and efficiency Negotiate contracts with media vendors and platforms to ensure cost-effective purchases Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various channels including social media search display and video platforms Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPS CPA CPL CPD and ROAS Lead and mentor the media buying team ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives Provide training and guidance on tools platforms and industry best practices Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends insights and areas of improvement Prepare detailed performance reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners agencies and internal teams Stay updated on new trends platforms and tools to incorporate innovative solutions into campaigns Requirements Minimum 5 years in media buying with a strong focus on performance marketing Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing Advertising Business or a related field Technical Proficiency Expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager programmatic platforms and other performance tools Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics Adobe Analytics and attribution models MMPs Pixels UTMS Strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management experience Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights Leadership abilities to guide and develop high-performing teams Benefits No dress codes Flexible working hours 5 days working 24 Annual Leaves International Presence Celebrations Team outings
