Immersive Site Management Role

Cultivate exceptional site experiences by overseeing daily operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site operations to ensure seamless progress of work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to execute tasks effectively.
  • Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Address discrepancies or issues promptly in consultation with the Project Manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on-site for the Project Management team.
  • Update the Project Manager regularly on work progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Track and manage materials at the site to avoid shortages or wastage.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, site issues, and progress reports.
  • Assist in documenting any changes or deviations in original plans.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety briefings and monitor adherence to safety standards on-site.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and interior design principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
