Job Title: Site Supervisor

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth progress of work. This includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to execute tasks effectively. They must also inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by overseeing daily site activities.
  • Coordinate with labour teams to manage resources and minimize delays.
  • Inspect work in progress to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues promptly in consultation with the Project Manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on-site for the Project Management team.
  • Update the Project Manager regularly on work progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Manage materials at the site to avoid shortages or wastage.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, site issues, and progress reports.
  • Document changes or deviations in original plans when necessary.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
