Corporate Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Training and Development Manager to join our team at ValueMomentum in Hyderabad. As a key member of our Learning & Development department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and facilitating behavioral and communication training programs.
In this role, you will collaborate with our experienced team to develop and deliver engaging training content, ensuring high retention rates and exceptional participant outcomes. You will also assist in conducting needs assessments, recommending appropriate training interventions, and analyzing feedback from participants and stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in behavioral, soft skills, and communication training programs within medium to large-scale IT organizations. You should be proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences at all levels. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training facilitation techniques is essential.
About the Role- Design, deploy, and facilitate behavioral and communication training programs across the organization.
- Lead classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring participant engagement and high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to customize training materials and adapt content to meet audience-specific needs.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
