Business Development Manager

As a Sales Manager at Stringz-Fostering True HR Partnership, you will be responsible for coordinating all Kerala modular kitchen and interior works from enquiry to work completion. This includes tracking leads, following up with potential customers, and convincing them to sign purchase orders. You will also support and guide Franchisee Partners to set up their centers as per the operations guide, attend showroom customers, and provide necessary training to the sales team to achieve set goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all Kerala modular kitchen and interior works from enquiry to work completion
- Tracking all leads obtained by the Manufacturers and Trade Partners and following up with potential customers
- Supporting and guiding Franchisee Partners to set up their centers as per the operations guide
- Attending showroom customers and providing necessary training to the sales team
- Ensuring necessary training to the staffs and proper working of the sales team to achieve the set goals of the company and Franchise Outlets
You will be a key member of our sales team, promoting our services and products to Architects and Consultants, and utilizing our infrastructure, experience, and goodwill to multiply our business and achieve career growth.
