Role Description

This exciting contract opportunity is for a skilled Sales Business Development professional to join FancyTech in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work remotely while maintaining strong connections with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential customers across various channels to generate qualified leads. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth.

  • Outbound Outreach and Engagement

The Sales Business Development professional will engage with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to set up discovery meetings for the sales team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Pipeline Management and Reporting

Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) will be a key responsibility. The candidate should be able to manage pipelines effectively and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation and sales techniques
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, FancyTech provides opportunities for career growth, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package.
