Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of technically robust solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale distributed applications in production and staging environments.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong technical skills as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring application and system health, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • They will also implement automated software and tools to manage platform infrastructure and applications, including security measures.
  • Additionally, they will measure and optimize performance to meet customer needs and innovate continuously.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in deployment and maintenance of large-scale production environments.
  • Extensive experience in Linux systems and proficiency in writing and optimizing shell scripts for automation and process management.
  • Knowledge of operational aspects of software systems, including measuring, analyzing, alerting, building dashboards, security, and disaster management.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud technologies like AWS or Microsoft Azure in a production environment, along with good knowledge of networking and load balancing.
  • Hands-on experience in technologies like Ansible, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, or any other relevant tools.
  • Ability to automate processes with one or more scripting languages such as Shell Script, Python, NodeJS, etc.
  • A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Experience in Incident Management, with strong proactive communication skills for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in CE/IT/ECE engineering.
  • Any professional certification in areas like Linux, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Security, etc., would be advantageous.

Work Environment:

The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires working from an office location.
