  • Sourcing and managing fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
  • Ensuring consistent quality and food safety standards
  • Onboarding, evaluating, and managing new suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records, pricing, and inventory data
