Job Title:

Warehouse Head

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Head to lead our operations in the West Region. The ideal candidate will have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Leadership: Manage warehouse operations for the region ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee regional warehouse finances including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Solution Design: Design customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Team Performance: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize WMS and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, operational design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Kalaburagi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
