We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, will be crucial in building trust and rapport with our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a calm and empathetic nature, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Bonus points if you have experience working in e-commerce or providing support to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally
- Solve issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
