Job Title: Front Desk Management Professional
About the Role:
- Assist in leading and managing daily shift requirements in front office areas.
- Support guest services, switchboard, bell staff, and front desk operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and increase revenue.
- Manage employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and participate in the employee recognition program.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficiency in using technology, such as guest information tracking systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move throughout the hotel.
