- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Support sales and CRM teams during client walkthroughs, events, and presentations.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflective of the brand's image.
Represent the company positively at all client-facing touchpoints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be polite, confident, and presentable in customer-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is required.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and effective issue resolution are key competencies.
- The ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is preferred.
