Job Title: Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in civil engineering or architecture to source and hire talented professionals for our clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system to optimize future searches.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain transparency and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture to drive informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies to ensure accurate sourcing.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, and other channels to attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trust with clients and candidates.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred to streamline processes.
